1. Booking Confirmation
1.1. To secure a booking, the client is required to complete a booking form and pay the deposit before receiving a confirmation from Unreel Photo Booths.
2. Payments
2.1. A deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking.
2.2. The remaining balance for the booking is due on the day/night of the event. Unreel Photo Booths accepts debit/credit cards.
2.3. If the client requires use of the booth for longer than is stated on the booking form, the client will be charged accordingly;
- $120 per hour for each additional hour for the Open Air or Classic Booth
- $150 per hour for each additional hour for the Signature Booth
This will be charged to the client at the end of the event.
2.4 For all bookings that require more than 1 hour travel to the venue, there will be an additional $100 travel fee
3. Cancellation Policy & Date Changes
3.1. Any changes to the date of the event must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the original event date. Date changes are subject to availability and a new booking form will need to be completed and confirmed by Unreel Photo Booths.
3.2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will result in the client forfeiting the $200 deposit.
3.3. If Unreel Photo Booths need to cancel a booking, as much notice as possible will be given to the client. In this instance, all payments made will be refunded to the Client.
4. Access, Space & Power Requirements
4.1. The client shall ensure a safe and suitable environment is provided for Unreel Photo Booths to operate its equipment.
4.2. The client must ensure the availability of:
- A space of 3m x 3m or more to set up the equipment
- Access to 240v power within 10m of Unreel Photo Booth’s equipment
- All doorways and access paths are at least 800mm wide
- If the event is outdoors, an undercover area to set up the booth in the case of wet weather.
5. Damages
5.1. In order to prevent any damage to equipment, Unreel Photo Booths reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
5.2. If circumstances arise where a threat, damage or violence to Unreel Photo Booths staff or equipment, Unreel Photo Booths reserves the right to discontinue services. If the client is able to resolve the situation within 30 minutes, Unreel Photo Booths may resume services. If the situation is not resolved, Unreel Photo Booths will stop providing service and the client will receive no refund of booking cost.
5.3. The client will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment irrespective of how the loss or damage occurred (fair wear and tear excepted) during the hire period. In the instance that any damage does occur, the client will be provided with a bill for damages.
5.4. The client will be responsible for any loss or damage of props irrespective of how the loss or damage occurred (fair wear and tear excepted) during the hire period. In the instance that any props may be broken or lost, the client will be provided with a bill for replacement.
6. Use of Photography
6.1. The client permits all photos taken during the event to be used on Unreel Photo Booths website and social media pages. If the client does not want their photos used outside of the event, they are to notify Unreel Photo Booths prior to the event.
7. Indemnity
7.1. Unreel Photo Booths will not be held responsible for any circumstances outside their control. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, riot, civil commotion, accidents, acts of nature and equipment failure. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Unreel Photo Booths to provide service or find a suitable replacement service. If this is not possible, the client will receive a full refund of all payments received for the booking.
7.2. To the full extent permitted by law the client releases, discharges and indemnifies the owner from all claims and demands on the owner arising out of or consequent on the use or misuse of the equipment during the hire period.
